Letter written to AT&T:
Hello AT&T, I recently logged on Internet and found that I was getting charged for Wirepro (a useless service) and charges were raised for it, even though I did not ask for it.
Not to mention the fine lines of code on any AT&T bill, it is very complicated.
Also, I still cannot change/edit my subscription on the Internet. Also when you google search for "AT&T wirepro", the first item that pops up is a Consumer complaint website.
