Indian railway stations : improving cleanliness

Wrote to Indian Railways:
Please forward to Railway Minister:
Dear Sir, Congratulations on the improvements to Indian Railways. One very important way to improve them further is by having dustbins, garbage cans installed in railway stations, and railway stations cleaned regularly, the costs of which can be financed by increase in railway fares. Right now, there are hardly any such dustbins in railway stations, which has led to people throwing garbage anywhere on the railway platform.

Best Regards, Avinash
