Netflix & Amazon poor internet video streaming

Please forward to Netflix and Amazon headquarters:

Hello, Netflix and Amazon video streaming quality is very poor. On my same computer and internet connection, Hulu.com, NBC.com, etc show extremely high resolution video. If Netflix and Amazon  cannot match Hulu video quality, then please provide the opportunity to set whatever speed of internet is good for me. right now, it is choosing a very pessimistic bandwidth for me automatically, which leads to poor quality of video for me. Please fix this. Netflix and Amazon determines my internet quality to be of "basic" quality and provides a video stream, but fact is that I am getting much better quality of video at other video streaming sites. I am unsubscring from my Netflix and Amazon online streaming offering after my monthly access period expires.
