AT&T, Startec, Reliance calling, etc to provide website for worldwide VOIP calls similar to tringme/jaxtr, etc

AT&T, Startec, Reliance calling, etc should provide an Internet-based site, where people can buy VOIP credits and make calls from PC or Web-based mobile phone, to any phone in the world, to anywhere else, similar to tringme.com/jaxtr.com etc. AT&T currently does this through yahoo messenger, but since people outside USA do not know about this, it is not used much from outside USA. This would be an extension of the AT&T internet telephony phone-out feature of yahoo messenger, which works only on the yahoo messenger gadget.
