Actionable news

News sites can make news items more actionable, not passive.

Wrote to Economic times:

Dear Sir, We do not see hyperlinks in your articles for example at http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/infotech/internet/Google-unveils-new-look-for-Orkut/articleshow/5181314.cms

for example it has a statement "The new version would be initially available through invitation only ". This should hyperlink to http://en.blog.orkut.com/ on how to get the invitation etc that has details on that. Also more hyperlinks are needed in general in news sites, so that news is actionable, not passive.
